Prepare to fall in love with dancing and staying fit with our classes. Our adult classes provide the opportunity for those who want to rekindle an old love for dance or for those that never had the opportunity and want to give it a go. We are open to all levels of experience where the structure of the classes will consist of a dynamic warmup and stretch, learning basic technique and skills and then learning fun choreography to great music.
