A Heart For Inspiring Creatives
From an early age, Tim always wanted to be a performer. At age nine he began working with the world famous English National Opera performing alongside Dame Kiri Ti Kanawa in Falstaff, and other operas including The Magic Flute and The Cunning Little Vixen. As a graduate of Italia Conti Academy of Performing Arts, Tim was awarded a 12 month scholarship with the Royal Academy of Music majoring in Voice.
Tim has worked professionally on the international stage most notable on London's West End appearing in award-winning productions such as Grease, Oliver and the World Premier of Chitty Chitty Bang Bang with Michael Ball.
In 2006 Tim competed in the UK's X-Factor placing in the top 30 from 150,000 entrants before finally being knocked out in the finals. Tim also spent a short time as a session musician recording with a few of the UK's biggest artists including Robbie Williams; and has several film and television credits to his name including The Bill, Eastenders, Pride & Prejudice, Star Wars Ep.1, and Gladiator.
Since arriving in Australia, Tim has performed in numerous lead in both plays and musicals including The Boy From Oz, Little Shop of Horrors and The Odd Couple to name a few.
In 2011 Tim Starred as Chris in TAC's Miss Saigon and as Jean Valjean in 2018's Les Miserables. More recently, Tim appeared as Gomez Addams in Players Theatre's hugely popular The Addams Family Musical.
Tim started Encore back in 2010 under the original name Centre Stage Theatre Factory and has enjoyed many years of guiding and nurturing young talent with alumni students gaining places in top theatre schools around Australia as well as gaining work with Disney and professional recording contracts.
